Can someone tell me that it calculates exactly the checkpoint "QOS_SQLSERVER_server_cpu", the results I have of that metric are 0% when the CPU consumption of sqlserver.exe process is always above 50%
I have found that the metric executes the query:
"select @@CPU_BUSY cpu_busy, @@TIMETICKS timeticks, datediff(ss, '1970-01-01 00:00:00', getdate()) time ,(select cpu_count from sys.dm_os_sys_info) cpu_count" but any value no matches 0%.
