Problem accessing CABI externally.

Hello everyone, I'm going through some difficulties in publishing CABI from CA UIM externally.
On my local network it works normally when calling via IP, however, when I call externalization, I have a redirection of the address jasperserver-pro. What's more interesting is that the first time I try to access external, it gives an error and changes the port to the 8080. Forcing access again through port 8443, it performs access normally, but it does not load the rest of the screens.
