  • 1.  Setting Relative Sizing for Capacity Planning

    How do you set the value for relative sizing?  I am using Capacity Planning.  The documentation says it uses "preliminary sizing" to calculate the percent capacity.  In the summary view, the sizing shows up a XS(1), S(2), L(8), etc.  In the documentation the example shows S(20), M(40), L(100).  This leads me to believe the point value of the relative size for planning purposes is configurable.  Does anyone know how to do that.  I can't find anything in the documentation.

    Hi Hillig,

     

    I assume you are talking about the Portfolio item Preliminary Estimate Field. You could navigate to Workspace/Project Field setting page. Then select the type as Portfolio item. Then you should able to find and edit Preliminary Estimate field for the size.
