    Hi there,

we would like to generate an Alarm if the load average (15 min) is above the threshold of 3.

The threshold in UMP (MCS) muss be an integer but the value at trend report is a percentage.

I think there is no alarm because of the two different ways of the threshold.

If I change the value at advanced settings in IM. Values like "0,3" works but it always gerenate an alarm

"load average is 0.36, which is >= 0.00"

How can we adjust the threshold?

    Alex

Do you want to set threshold of decimal such as 0.3 ?

It looks that cdm probe GUI in Infrastructure Manager allows decimal input for load average threshold.

Do you mean this does not work ?

You should be able to set this in raw configure in the following field(s), however the alarm still uses the integer value (truncated).  I did not test that it actually utilizes the decimal value in threshold calculations.

    disk +--alarm    +--fixed       +--<Disk Label>       +--<error|warning>           threshold = 5.5
