    Hello Everyone,

Is there any way to automatically remove inactive CI from a service tree? Does anyone have any experience of this?

    Thanks,

    Hello Okik,

Are these services imported through any connector? If so, you may enable 'Auto' import flag so the changes will trigger automatically.

    Thanks

Where is the CI coming from? Which domain manager? I know with UIM if we delete the robot out of the UIM DB, its then removed from the SOI DB on next connector cycle.

From my understanding there is no way to remove CIs other then from the connectors MDR that has published the same. Or when a connector is removed from the SOI Admin configuration page. This will remove all CIs and Alerts published by the connector. Other functionality would be an enhancement request that can be created as an idea here in the community.
