CA Service Desk update field with SOAP web service

    Hello,

     

    has anyone been able to configure CA Service Desk functionality where on ticket update is called web service of another app and send the changed value ex. status change?

     

    How to acomplish on ticket save to post changes to another web service?

    Any ideas?

    Good Afternoon Domagoj Hržić.

    As per Pier-Olivier's reply/comment, either use PAM or write your own 'Webservices' program(s).
    To be able to accomplish the functionality per your requirements.
