    Hi Team,

We have a Job : FTP_LANVERA_ARSTMT_TO_CCA  is unable to post files to Lanvera site and is hosted on OPCOL701 Linux agent and is getting aborted with error "Resource temporaray available".

The Linux team has created a manual script so that the files are posted manually to the Lanvera site by the Linux team and it got posted successfully on 3dates.

We are looking now for the root cause issue as well as how to automate the process that was being done as before and now we need to work on on Outbound interface also to make sure we are sending statement files from OPCOL701 server to Lanvera FTP site.

Kindly assist us on this issue on priority.

    Regards,

    M Zain Akbar

From the topic, it sound similar to the posted you had asked in December: FTP_LANVERA_ARSTMT_FILE_TO_CCA is getting aborted multiple times

In the past you had mention that it does not happen all the time... Is that still the case, or is it occurring all the time now with the "Resource temporary unavailable". (I assume your post "Resource temporaray available" is a typo?).  If it is still happening intermittently, were you able to look at the suggestion that was provided previously for any trend?.

We are looking now for the root cause issue as well as how to automate the process that was being done as before

Without more informations/logs of your system it is hard to provide a root case to the issues.  Additionally, as this was working previously then suddenly, and/or intermittently stop working.. was any changed apply to the jobs/workflow or that machine? Or new policy on the Lanvera site side?

now we need to work on on Outbound interface also to make sure we are sending statement files from OPCOL701 server to Lanvera FTP site.

Are you looking for a custom solution to confirm what you are sending via the "manual script" created by your Linux team is sending to the Lanvera site correctly?

Kindly assist us on this issue on priority.

The Community is open to all user to chime in and help each other out where knowledge and experience are available, if this is business critical and need a sooner resolution, I suggest opening a ticket with support (if you are on a supported version) as they can assist in a high priority as needed (and you can share the logs and other data more securely vs this open community).
