Has anyone had an issue with the eiamadmin account locked?

    Error: EE_PW_USERLOCKED Account locked

     

    It is NOT resetting after a few minutes.  We have a support case open.

    This issue is resolved

    Would you be willing to share with the Community what was the cause &/or how it was resolved, as it may be helpful to other community members in the future should they encounter the same thing.
