Hi Expert,

Anyone have the idea to copy out the whole configure file folders for snmpcollector? I try and there is error while copying out the folder. I need a backup from the configure file instead of throwing into archive. Thanks

Most likely the problem is the snmpcollector probe needs to be deactivated.

  snmpcollector probe has internal database file, that stores data the most, so unlike other probes, superpackage approach is not meaningful.
  Since internal database file is accessed during the probe is online, probe should be shutdown prior to taking folder backup.
