    Hi,

I am using CAPC 3.5. i am facing issues from long time as i overrides the speeds of bundle interfaces to overcome the issue but i observed for few links that speed is 10 G and they contain only one link they represents a spike of 20 G or something abnormal. I see the details in documentation please guide me is it relevant to y scenario.

how i use 64 bit counter and the other recommendations are applicable for my scenario or not?

    Regards

    Hello,

The only way to really determine if this problem is related to the products data calculations, or the data returned from the device, is via poll logging during the problems occurrence.

That will reveal the OIDs polled, the data returned, and whether or not it's a problem with bad device data or bad product calculations.

How to collect logging for interface data issues i - CA Knowledge

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Michael,

Thanks for your kind support as always you want to say that when this spike occurs we have to run debug at that time accurately?

Its very difficult to capture that time as we are conituesly not monitoring it.

yes one way is that we apply threshold on above 100% utilization value.
