    Hello CA Friends,

     

    Installation of CA Business Intelligence Failed

    I got a problem during installation jasper report server.Can any one help me out to solve this problem.

    Error has attached....

    What version of JasperSoft did you attempt to install?

     

    What was the OS, Java version and Tomcat versions?

    OS:Windows Server 2008 r2 

    Java Version:8.0.15

    Tomcat Versi on:8.0.15

    Jasper Report:6.2

    Also the exception would give a bit more details, the picture does not show the exception properly

    I would recommend installing the latest JasperSoft 6.4.3 version, which includes a GUI installer
