Automic Workload Automation

I have four "active" zombie-user sessions via AWI at the moment.

I do know these users are not online.

I tried to disconnect these users via AWI and also via Client Interface.

Nothing happens.

Has anybody the same issue?

Is this a known bug?

What should I do?

By the way: I miss the "Last session" collumn in the AWI.

We do not use the AWI yet as we are still on V11.   But when I want to kick out users, I execute the "disconnect" script function;

Hi Alexandra,

which version of the AWI are you using? We've had a similar issue back when we used AWI 12.0, which should be fixed with 12.1.2.

Unfortunately I can't remenber how to reset the user list. Maybe clearing the AWI cache or restarting tomcat helps. But the only way to get rid of it is to update the AWI.

we are acutally already using 12.1.2 and are going on to 12.1.4 this afternoon.

Restarting tomcat did not help at all.
