    We want to integrate oracle OEM tool with our Nimsoft so that incidents get generated in snow as Nimsoft is already integrated with snow for incident creation.

    We did a work around with a customer before to make OEM sent the alert in form of SNMP trap to spectrum (or to UIM snmpcollector in your case) and then uim can open an incedent for that.

    The problem in this way that all the incedents source is the machine that sent the trap, not the actual oracle node that have the issue, if you are building services catalog or so, this will give false result.
