  • 1.  How can I access the throughput interval for charts

    The throughput report uses an interval for determine the period of time that is measured.  How do I access that same interval in the Chart and Custom list reports?

    Hi Douglas,  The Throughput report (from Reports > Reports) uses the last 12 Months of User Stories and/or Defects.  The Throughput app (available from the App Catalog) can be configured for N-number of Weeks, Months or Quarters in the Setting panel of the App.

    If you wish to see the corresponding work items, you can use the Custom List app and apply Advanced Filters for Accepted Date between your date ranges of interest.

    If you're interested in both Stories and Defects, you can use 2 Custom Lists - one for each type.  Or, you can do the same on Work Views, where you can display both stories and defects on the same view and advanced filters to show your date range.
