How and where can I find the even co-relation policy in CA Spectrum and What is the default Event Correlation policy in Spectrum?

As far as I know if any Up stream device goes down it should not cut the tickets for down stream devices.It should suppress those alerts. Please Suggest.

My understanding is  for any Down alarm related Event Configuration needs to be mapped to Up alarm related Event Configuration in the "Cleared Alarm" settings.
