  • 1.  WATCH DOES NOT SHOW ALL INSTANCES IN THE ALARM LIST

    Hello community.

    Recently I created a watch that monitors me the status of the tunnels of a checkpoint device;
    this watch works correctly but it only shows me an alert, when there really should be 3 alerts
    in the down state (131)

    Do you know why it does not show me the other 2 alerts from the other 2 instances that meet
    the same value? I will be attentive to your contributions Thank you.

    Jose

    At quick glance, maybe b/c haState doesn't have the .# appended for all interfaces?  -- maybe try haState.#

    Cheers

    Good afternoon Jason

    The hastate attribute is of type text string to know if it is in an active state or in a standby state, since they are in a cluster, likewise I did the test without the attribute of the state and it also throws me only 1 event. Anyway.

    Thank you very much for your contribution, but I continue with the problem.

    Greetings.

    Good day.

    I have achieved what I wanted to do, with a very easy solution using the Event Configuration in the "Alarms" tab and later the "Alarm Options" tab check the "Generate a Unique Alar for Each Event" box.

    Now I have a new query to improve the event initially created.
