  • 1.  Turn off time entry for certain resources on a task

    Hi there

    I am using CAPPM 15.5 - can time entry be turned off for certain resources on a task?  I have a manager that has a task with 7 resources. 6 will no long be logging time but 1 will continue - is this possible? I only see the option to turn off time entry for the task for the entire group?

    In the TEAM settings for the project, you can turn off time reporting for the resource for the entire PROJECT. 

     

    (But not at TASK level for a specific resource ; you can set their ETC to 0 and the end date of the ASSIGNMENT though, perhaps thats enough, that should stop the task auto-populating on a timesheet for the resource)
