I have CA IDM Suite 14.2 and need to create workflows that go to more than two levels of approvers, possibly up to four, how can I accomplish this?

Additionally, I need to set the first stage of approval to route to the users manager. I'm trying to use dynamic resolver to match manager ID, but its failing and defaulting to the default approver.

I was able to resolve routing it to the manager, I still need to figure out how to route to more than two levels of approver

You will need to use the workflow designer to customize the OOTB 2 step approval to add 2 more stage to make it 4 steps.
