  • 1.  ScoreBoard Customization Fails after 17.1 Migration

    Hello All,

     

    We have recently migrated from 14.1 to 17.1 and after migration we see ScoreBoard customization fails with the following information on Web UI

    Error updating tree: Bad arguments.  Does not match signature.

    The following log appears simultaneously :

    02/13 06:33:14.22 xxxxxxxxxxxxxx web:local            8784 ERROR        sel_data_cache.c      1116 Error in usp_stream_usq Select_Cache method got_domset_list: Unknown name "usp_stream_usq"
    02/13 06:33:14.22 xxxxxxxxxxxxxx web:local            8784 ERROR        parse.c               8151 Unable to receive record for PDM_LIST at usq_update_control.htmpl[358]: Unknown name "usp_stream_usq"

    May I have any leads here?

    it seems after upgrade, for some reason, some attributes are missing...either migration was done with some error, or some post installation steps didn't get done etc.

    based on the errors in stdlog, you can investigate and make up the missing attributes
