    Hi Jose,

Are you referring to CA Workload Automation DE aka DE?

Is this a new install or you have been running for sometime and now there is an issue?

In High Availability or HA, you have one primary and one secondary.  Both cannot be secondary, if they are acting that way, then shut them both and start only one of them.  See if you can then connect via DE Desktop Client.

You also want to make sure that database used by DE is also up and running.  DE needs DB to run the workload, otherwise it will shutdown.

If you are still having problems, then contact Support.

    Thank you,

    Hi

I have CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION DE 12.0.0.0, i have been runninf for sometime… the problema was presented in the momento who degree the memory of the primary server for recover resources, (we try to recover ram memory), after that the service CA_WORKLOAR_7500 is not started, in the tracelog comes out the primary server is mark like a secudary.

but we solved the problem by reinstalling the whole environment, luckily it was an environment of certification and not of production, was made fron 0 the configuration and is worked now..

    thanks for all your help.
