    I'm sure this is a silly question, but how can a user add a new line in a status report text fields?

     

    Pressing enter removes the cursor from the text field.  Command+Enter, CNTR+Enter doesn't work either.

     

    A work around I discovered is typing the text in another application, then copy+paste that text to CA PPM, like shown above in the Key Accomplishments field.

    Figured out how to add new lines.  SHIFT+Enter
