I have a strange situation.
At the application level, we have enabled the effort task creation. In every project, there is an effort task (~rmw) and when a named resource added to the team tab it is added to the effort task with ETC. The actuals are posted through transactions for the effort task.
I tried to zero out the ETC at the individual resource level but it is resetting to the previous value. Also, I tried ETC detail and segments. I selected all and deleted but nothing is deleted.
One more issue, I entered 0.01 and saved the value but when I selected Allocate from Estimates from team tab, the ETC reappeared again.
Need your inputs, on how to zero out the ETC at the individual level for the effort task with actuals posted on that.
