    I set up a new connection to a vendor that could keep the password from expiring as long as I did the ssh stuff and gave them the appropriate key info.

     

    I did all that but whenever I try to connect into their site, the following appears-(please see attached).

     

    since this is the first one I ever set up I am sure I am doing something incorrectly but am stumped as to what.
