    Hi I tried to run the load datawarhouse job I get this error

    any one ever faced the same error

    We don't support SQL server mirroring as it causes problems such as above. I'd recommend removing the mirroring and trying to run the job after that.

    Thank you for your help 

    We are trying a high availability cluster for our databases

    I am asking if this is true:

     

    "does the dataware house database depends on the main ppm database for data?  if so we can remove mirroring for dataware house since all its data is in the ppm database "

    in terms of failure of the datawarehouse we can still load the data through Load Datawarehouse job [full load]?

     

    I am asking based on this information from documentation

    Believe you are using MS SQL as database and in that case the HA mode is not supported.  Now coming to database data, the source of DWH is always PPM. However functionalities like Trending are stored in DWH and if you loose that data you will not be able to get from PPM. 

     

    Apart from that everything is available in PPM

    Thank you so much for your help

    I know you have no support for SQL/databases, as I was going through the error 

    I have notice something to do Recovery Model to Bulk - Logged

    Is it possible to customise the query fro the Load datawarehouse job to comment out  The code that changes the database Recovery Model to BULK-LOGGED?

    Because thats what seems to be the issue.

    We haven't tested at the product layer, hence i will not be able to comment but I would request you to log a case and we can take it up.

    Before logging an issue please make sure you test without the mirroring as it is unsupported. Our other SQL customers work with this recovery mode without an issue

    Yes, Full Load will fully repopulate Data Warehouse database apart from the Trending tables so if you do a backup once per day the mirroring is not needed for disaster recovery.
