    Any recommendations for Best Practices for customers using Rally that would lead to a successful SOX Audit?  For example, a customer was deleting users rather than disabling users that no longer needed a license.  As a result, they have a number of user stories that don't have any users associated with them because it looks like the history was lost when the users were deleted.  This could be a red flag in the Audit.
