Yes, and I like it. Gives the same look and feel of the New UX to the Classic UI- the interface that our customers who have the most history with the product already know. Smart move, in my opinion.

    General

    Wide menu

    Application menu

    Admin menu

    Links

    Objects

    Project Management settings

    Projects list

The menu is the same style as in the New UI.

Now that I have learned first to move straight down from the menu heading to select something I have to learn to move to the rights instead.

The application and adminstration pages do have the same content as before. Because the content is different they do not look exactly like the the same as in the New UI,

Similar look in New UI and Classic UI is less distracting , though when you use the application at the end you pay less attention to the UI style as you know where things are and where you are going. Somewhat similar to the situation with the windows that open from the PPM Gantt compared to the same views in the Classic UI.

Better or worse? Less distraction and eventually just use it. At this time I do not have anything I definitely wanted to change.

Update of the sandboxes - at least the user sandbox - to 15.5.1 or 15.6 were great.

I think the Rego Webinar Financial management in Clarity CA PPM part 1 was done in Phoenix UI.
    It is available on demand.

Bear in mind that IE is not supported for Phoenix

Is there a community sandbox that I can access and take a look?

I see you found the answer in
    Clarity Sandboxes

I noticed this new theme when our Non-Prod environment was upgraded to 15.5.1, but for some reason, it is now not being displayed - only the basic 6 OOTB selections. I'm not sure how it disappeared since it's only customized themes that can be selected for deletion.

I'd be appreciative if someone could post the css content here so I could test it out.

Are you a SAAS customer or On Premise? As in SAAS we had an issue with upgrade and we correct the same.

    Thanks Suman.

I'm wondering if part of the correction will be to re-distribute it to respective environments, or if I need to raise a Support Case.

We got this fixed for the impacted customer but not sure if we missed your environment. If you can send me your environment URL in my email I can get this checked for you on Monday.

    Hi Will

Thank you for your email, I looked at your environment and you are currently not on 15.5.1 (Patch 1). Phoenix Theme is only available from the patch. Read me for the patch is CA PPM 15.5.1.1 and Jaspersoft Cumulative Patch README Files - CA PPM SaaS - 15.5.1 - CA Technologies Documentation.

Please raise a case to get the patch applied.

    Regards

    Suman Pramanik

Yes - tried the Phoenix them on our 15.5.1 sandbox.  Something isn't right, as this is what we get, using Chrome:

Any guesses as to why our Phoenix display is so screwed up?  Perhaps a missing library?

The community sandbox is now 15.5.1

This how Phoenix looks there with Chrome

    Open a case with support.

Try another browser and another workstation.

Same effect in Edge.  Case it is.

Resolved - customization made to the login portion of the CSS file had to be removed.  Now working, fine.  If we decide to put the these back in, will need to be done differently.  Hoping to have LetzNav by then - won't need to customize login page, then.

Yes - using Phoenix in our local sandbox, now.  So far, love it.  But....where did the in app "Back" and "Recents" links go?!!!

Please, bring these back as these were incredible time savers!  I did find Favorites replaced by a chain link icon and renamed to "My Links."  But the really useful, heavily used back/recent links need to come back!  Or, are the hidden some place?

I totally agree. "Back", "Recents" and "Favorites" are very useful. Need to come back !

Hi All, Phoenix UI - Filter Section .

Can you please advice if it is possible to  reduce the length of the filter fields so they resemble the Classic UI. The filter length appears to be too huge in the page.

    Thanks.

    Ritesh

This Phoenix UI behaviour has been reported to Engineering to be reviewed

Thanks Vincent. So do we expect any answer soon on my question ?

My business has raised concern on the filter length in the Phoenix UI.

    Hi Ritesh,

Would be great if you can raise a Support ticket so we can associate it to the existing one too and then provide an ETA based on feedback we receive from Engineering.
