    Hello All,

Is there a way we can update the SNMP Timeout and Retry value specific to a device instead of at the SNMP profile ?

I have few devices throwing SNMP poll errors quite frequent because of timeouts , so looking for options to update the timeout at the device level

    Phani,

Currently, altering the values within the Profile is the only way to get them set.  It is not able to be done at a device level.  Out of curiosity, do you have need to have a wide array of timeout and retry settings, would it be feasible to have a few extra "copy" profiles where the only difference is altered timeout and retry values?

Yes, that's a possibility , but we already have a long list of SNMP profiles created in the system . Creating few more with different timeouts and tracking them would be a bit of a task. So, was just wondering if there is a simple way to update it at the device level like the way we do in Spectrum
