Can anyone tell me that Which format will use to send the email from ca spectrum alarm notifier whether it send the email in html , rich text or plain text..

The notifications that are distributed automatically by email (via Alarm Notifier) are in plain text format.

Thanks for your support ..

And when i am sending the email to my SMTP server and from there to external SMS gateway. then we are receiving the text message as SMS . in that the email subject is getting UTF-8 base64 bit encoding .

subject contains the =UTF-8?B?Wzgss?==

so is there any possibilities to put the UTF-8 in the setscript or auto mail ..

then may be it will solve this issue..

There is a parameter in the "mail" command to specify the character set:

charset=UTF-8

You could try defining that in the MAIL variable in SetScript:

$MAIL -a "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8" -s "A $SEV alarm has occurred on $SERVER (Model Name=$MNAME)(Model Type=$MTYPE)" $RCVRS < /tmp/set_alarm.$PID

I have tried in my lab and didn't manage to make it work as well, but I found this option for using sendmail directly:

unable to sent mail in html format by mailx command. 

That may be what you're looking for.

Is send mail inbuilt with ca spectrum.

or we need to configure this in ca spectrum.

First, I'd suggest creating a sample script with this code and test to confirm that it works.

Then, it would be a matter of adding this code to SetScript.
