Two queries/questions about CA PPM v 15.5.1:
1) When allocating a named resource to a generic request our Resource Managers can see what the current bookings for the resource are but they cannot see what capacity they have available. This is of particular importance for part time staff and is available in the classic view. Does CA have any plans to implement this in the New User Experience?
2) In the classic view of 15.5.1 you can configure notifications to indicate if you want an Alert, Email or SMS. Despite being able to request an Email for Conversations that functionality isn't available, is this misleading, could it be made apparent that the option does not apply?
