    Hi Team,

     

    We are unable to create virtual service using Recording/ RR Pairs options in DevTest Portal.  We are getting the below exception

     

    When we try Recording option in Portal , we see the below error on the portal screen.

    An error occurred with your recording session. Please check the logs for details. 

     

    When we try RR Pairs option in Portal, we see the below error on the portal screen.

    Error trying to go to next screen. (500 Server Error) .

     

    When we check the vse.log file,

    Note: There are 6 VSEs connected with this Registry. For one specific VSE which is running on the same Registry server, throwing this error frequently. Currently as workaround we are restarting the registry service  every time to overcome this issue.

     

    Version : DevTest 10.3

    OS: Windows Server 2012R2

     

    Kindly help us to find the root cause for this issue.

    Hi Prema,

     

    As per your recommendation I have removed the files inside "vsBuilderSessions" directory and restarted the VSE. But still i am facing the same issue.
