  • 1.  How we can stop individual cpu utilization alert ?

     In CA UIM some devices have more than one cpu individual ,So we want the monitoring alert for average cpu utilization not individual.

    Disable the Individual CPU QOS collection in the cdm probe.

    Devices monitored  through SNMP collector and applied a default template .So there is no CDM probe.  is there any possible was to monitor only average CPU utilization ?

    It will be necessary to dig into the device profile tree to see what's available.

    I have checked device profile and  there multiple memory & cpu are available , but im unable to disable that option because default  template is applied . Default template has only one option “utilization” .  Then how to exclude that multiple cpu or memory from alert 

    monitoring ?

    copy the default template, modify the copy as needed, disable the default template, enable the copy.
