We have integrated CA Spectrum and PM in multi tenant environment ,in some cases devices are not getting synced to PM and not getting discovered.How to trouble shoot this ? Anyone faced this issue ?
Do you see the devices added to the CA PM IP Domain GC in Spectrum but still not getting discovering in CA PM? During the sync discovery all the new device IP that gets added to GC gets updated to the Discovery provide which is created with the same name as IP domain in CA PM . So, check if the missing device IP are part of this list and if this profile is actually scheduled to run regularly
Phani is correct, with Spectrum integrated, whenever you add a domain, a domain collection gets added in Spectum. By default, you will see the default domain ip domain collection in spectrum. Devices must be added to that before they will sync over to PC and be added to the default domain discovery profile. From there, they should discover in a schedule. Check the history of the default domain discovery profile. Maybe the IP's in question can;t discover for some reason
