Clarity

Hi,

Hoping somebody can shed some light on below issue.

Please see attached word document.

User is running Clarity (13.2) on Chrome, and when they try to click on Open in Sheduler, its not. Instead its brining up Save As screen.

Appreciate your assistance please.

Also, check the download folder - there may be 99 copies of the 'sched' file, and if so, Chrome won't be downloading anymore copies, and you need to delete them.  I can't recall exactly what the name of the file is, but they will end with (1), (2) .. (99) so they should stand out if you have it this limit.

and I should have opened up your Word document, as your screen shot shows exactly what I was trying to describe.
