Clarification on Security patches

    Hi Team,

    Need clarification on below security patches. Below patches are released by MS in February month. However, these patches are available in January UPM bundle(V1901).

     

    What could be the reason here?


    2019-02 Security Only Update for .NET Framework 3.5.1 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB4483483)
    Windows 7,Windows Embedded Standard 7,Windows Server 2008 R2
    Security Updates release date 2/7/2019

    2019-02 Security Only Quality Update for Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB4486564)
    Windows Server 2008 R2
    Security Updates 2/8/2019

     

    Any suggestions here pls.
