I know that there are several settings related to message size limitations.

Listen Port Properties - Request Properties

Route via https - Response Properties

Manage Cluster-Wide Properties - io.xmlPartMaxBytes

etc...

The first two are literally thought to be the settings for request and response,

but I don't know about the third settings even though I saw the documents.

I think that it means body data of request/response. Right?

The reason why I think so is that the size problem eleminated during the test even with the setting.

Can I think of the setting as a comprehensive setting?

io.xmlPartMaxBytes is the default size limit for any messages (inbound/outbound messages). The settings of listen port/route via http assertion are to overwrite this default limit.

The limit is for the whole message, not just body.
