We are trying to set an alarm to display on Infrastructure manager regarding QOS Packet loss, we dont want to receive alarms when we have 0 or 100 packet loss. We do want to receive alarms for everything in between as a way to determine that a site is having issues with the connection. over a period of time and clear the alarm if it has a stable ping after a certain amount. we have enabled the static alarm on the QOS packet loss on the icmp template editor have set the major = 66.67 and the minor = 33.33. with the following updates set for the alarms below. would it also be possible to add a range of packet loss scale for the icmp proble such *** =>1 to <= 99 to basically cover anything besides 0 and 100
Has anyone done something similar?
