    Hi,

    getting below message when we run nhremotepollersetup command on centeral site. Anyone can help me on this ?

     

    “Setup was unable to locate eHealth on host '<Ip address of my poller sever>'.  Please provide the

    directory where eHealth is installed on this host.

    eHealth version 6.3.3 on window server 2008 R2 standard. Trying to add remote poller through standard FTP connection.

    can you please help me...how to perform this "set the FTP server to list in Unix Style" ?
