DX Unified Infrastructure Management

I instaled the UIM robot on a test laptop, which I no longer have access to do the uninstall / shutdown of the service, and because it uses vpn it always reappears in the IM when it gets a new IP every restart

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? in UMP I use "prevent rediscovery" but I do not find something similar in IM

I tried with changing the configuration via controller to stop looking for the HUB but it gets me "comunication error" when i try to open it in normal or raw config

Can try the below

To block the robot from appearing in IM check to use a firewall to prevent it from communicating with the hub

Use nas preprocessing rule in nas to block/ exclude any alerts related to this

Remove the robot from IM in the hub robots tab (Right click ->Remove) or Delete "robot.sds" file in hub folder and restart hub to remove the record of the robot
