There is already a "Create Change Order" button within the existing Incident/Request screens.
This pre-populates some of the ticket information through to the new Change Order.
Why is it required to have a "Create Change Order from Template" button available WITHIN a ticket?
If this was followed through, then that is just the same as ignoring all of the existing ticket data, as that would be discarded in preference of the template data.
There is a "Create Change Order from Template" button off of the main File menu which handles that scenario.
I guess you could have a look at that menu item and work out what it is calling.
But I'm not clear as to whether this is a good idea or not without knowing the business need.
