It's important to note that this industry analyst's rating methodology is different from that employed by other major analyst firms that rely almost entirely on vendor input (vendor survey responses, videos, briefings,...). Instead, Research in Action surveys 1,500 IT shops and bases their rating predominantly on the customer responses and to a small extent on their own research, thus reducing, or maybe eliminating vendor bias in the ratings.
