  • 1.  Compatibility Oracle v12 with Clarity v14.2?

    Hi,

    We currently still have Clarity 14.2 running on an Oracle 11 database.

    Is this application version compatible with Oracle v12?

    Hi Ann

     

    Unfortunately no, here is the release notes Release Notes (On Premise) - CA PPM - 14.2 - CA Technologies Documentation . As you are planning to upgrade oracle lets try to upgrade clarity too. We do support oracle 12 with higher release and current release is 15.6

    When reading the release notes it seems Clarity v14.2 isn't compatible with Windows server 2019.

    Can you please confirm?

     

    I suppose also in this case the latest Clarity release 15.6 is compatible with Windows server 2019 thus an upgrade would be necessary anyway.
