We bit the bullet and installed AppMan 9.3 on a test environment. The installs went fine, but the remote agent (Windows Server 2008 R2) will not start. Message in AgentService log reads:

We have tried with Java 8_192, and 201 (both with and without the java.security edit). Same result. We've also run the installer a couple of times, each time completing without error. No error is kicked out in the client (just No_Service). A watchworx service does show in task manager.

    I'm stumped. Any ideas?

That worked. Thanks! Hopefully these java issues can get sorted out at some point as these workarounds can get a bit cumbersome.
