I'm trying to setup a tokenservice endpoint using Internet tokenService on a 9.4 Gateway.
To test it, I'm also building an endpoint (/sendsts) that sends a RST Soap Issue request to this /tokenservice endpoint
FYI, my /sendsts endpoint works well if calling PingFederate STS endpoint.
Problem is that with /tokenservice on the Gateway there is an issue with WS-Addressing namespace:

But in /tokenservice code there is no match for this version, and it also fails if I add namespace URI:
