Hello guys
Our client starts thinking about automation. They are initially thinking about provisioning Virtual Machines. We have CA Service Management and I plan to use the USS, Catalog, and PAM suite on this mission. However, I discovered CA Automic as a better solution than PAM. My question is that it seems to have specific software for different situations. Certainly we will evolve to automate some services in our Service Desk and not just the creation of Virtual Machines. Could you help me where to start and which products do I have to study first? Thank you.
