  • 1.  Need CA SDM 12.7 media download link

    Hi Experts,

    I want to upgrade ca sm 12.7 to 17x, using swing box method. But I don't have 12.7 media.P lease share me the link to download 12.7 setup media. Quick response will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Sai,

     

    We don't have access to the old environments I.e. for the older one 12.7. you may want to install 17.1 directly and do a swingbox migration as mentioned in 17.x documentation

    From 12.7, you can only upgrade to 17.1.

     

    If you require the 12.7 media, you will need to open a Support Case.
