We are getting socket timeout exception during load test though service is online in portal

  • 1.  We are getting socket timeout exception during load test though service is online in portal

    We have around 50 virtual services in our VSE to support performance testing. During load test we will receive more requests for virtual service 'X' so we have kept capacity as 60.

     

    It is observed that during load test (after successfully responding for some time ) even though 'X" virtual service is showing online in portal but we are getting socket timeout exception.

     

    'X' Virtual Service is again working fine after server restart...

     

    Please let us know how we can fix this issue..

                  A little bit of additional information would be of great assistance here. Please could you share the following log files:

     

    1. LISA_HOME/lisatmp_<version>/vse.log

    2. LISA_HOME/lisatmp_<version>/vs_<virtual service name>.log

    2. LISA_HOME/lisatmp_<version>/registry.log
