  • 1.  TimePeriod of CO tickets based on staus

    hi

     

    how can we develop Change orders  dashboard which shows the Change ORder ticket status based on  time.

     

    for example.

     

    initially, CO created and its status is RFC, then after  2 hrs status changes to Implementation In progress , then after some time,  status change to another.

     

    so i need to build dashboard which shows timeperiod of CO tickets based on each statuses.

    There is no easy way to get that.

     

    If the option kpi_ticket_data_table is not installed you must rely onto the activity log table and even then, it is far from ideal as you would need to parse text to look for statuses.

     

     

    My first question is : what is the actuel business case that requires such dashboard?

    We use Xtraction for reporting and have added a few spel scripts to set custom date fields when certain status transitions take place. In Xtraction we have attributes with expressions that convert that data for use in lists/dashboard.
