CA PM upgrade 3.6 to 3.7 - Install Directory - Change

    Hi

     

    I'm trying to upgrade PC from 3.6 to 3.7, my 3.6 istallation is on /ca directory, the upgrade script can dectect that folder and version, but on "Review Installation Settings" section is saying that will install on /opt/CA.

     

    Any way to change that? 

     

    The script is not asking for the installation folder.

    Hi Pedro,

     

    That does sound abnormal. Have you halted the installation from continuing?

     

    I'd recommend that you stop the upgrade from continuing if not too late.

     

    I'll follow up with engineering to see if we've seen something like this for non-default installation directories before.

    Engineering recommends not proceeding any further with the upgrade, and opening a case with the support team for further analysis.
