In our environment, we are using smpwservices.fcc file where we we are trying various things like asking user to change password, however in one of the case, this file is not loading whole content and excluding the field to change the password.

What could be wrong or the areas to search for?

Are you using the out of the box form or a customized form?

If using a customized form, can you test with the out of the box form?

Thanks for the reply. It's customized one. This is in production environment hence it's gonna be little difficult to test straight away, though I will yry.

Currently I am looking for what could be the root cause for it?

Another way of troubleshooting is, right click and do "view source" on the partially loaded fcc which give you some idea of on which line of fcc it got stuck or throwing NULL value or some exception and go from there.

smpwservices.fcc page's logic revolves around SMAUTHREASON value, hence focus there.

Some times could due to browser compatibility issue, did you test in diff type of browsers ?

Yes, in all the browsers, it was same

Can you tell what parts of the FCC are not loading? 

Can you check the Agent Trace for the site that is loading the FCC. 

Are there any errors?

What about the web server logs?

Is it possible that the fcc is using css pages, images or other data from the page that is being tagged as 'protected'?
