  • 1.  copying global collections between dev and prod

    Spectrum 1click: can I pull the search xml for a global collection using the API

    Ideally I wish the "advanced" box of the editor were editable, then I could copy and paste global collections from dev to prod to test them. Is there an easy way to do that?

    Hi Alex,

     

    You can use the Modeling Gateway toolkit to export/import the Global Collections.

    thanks, where can I download the modeling gateway toolkit

    I don't see it as an option on the spectroserver/1click installer

    The Modeling Gateway is located in the $SPECROOT/SS-Tools directory on the SpectroSERVER system.
